Gym Food shall not be liable for any loss of profit, indirect, special, or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses, or other claims arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or products. Notwithstanding contrary clauses in this Agreement, if Gym Food is deemed liable to you for breach of this Agreement, you agree that Gym Food's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you for the products or services. You hereby release Gym Food from any and all obligations, liabilities, and claims in excess of this limitation.

Gym Food is not responsible for how users interact with or utilize the products, including event tickets, clothing, or digital content purchased on our platform.

Prices for products and services offered by Gym Food may change as we expand our offerings and improve our services. Discounts may be provided during promotions, allowing customers to secure the current price before any future increases.

9.General Terms and Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Gym Food as a result of your use of these services. You agree not to hold yourself out as a representative, agent, or employee of Gym Food. You agree that Gym Food will not be liable for any representation, act, or omission by you.
